The Registered Dietitians at the GRCHC offer individual nutrition counselling and group nutrition education programs at no cost. Call for more information. 

 

If you have a primary care provider (i.e., doctor or nurse practitioner) at GRCHC and would like to learn more about nutrition counselling or group programs, please call (519) 754-0777 ext. 479. 


If you do not have a primary care provider at GRCHC and would like to learn more about nutrition counselling or group programs, please call (226) 388-4725 or complete the online form (follow the link below to access the form).
